We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your RentalInn account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

What Gets Deleted?

  • Your profile information and login credentials
  • All property data including tenant information
  • Rent collection records and transaction history
  • Expense tracking data and financial reports
  • Documents and KYC information
  • All analytics and historical data
  • Support tickets and communication history

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have:

  • Downloaded any important reports or documents
  • Completed all pending transactions
  • Informed your tenants about the change
  • Cancelled any active subscriptions

How to Delete Your Account

Send an Email Request

Email us at support@rentalinn.space with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"

Include Required Information

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name as registered in the app
  • Your phone number (if registered)
  • Reason for deletion (optional but helpful)

Confirmation & Processing

We'll verify your identity and process your request within 7-10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
